Новая информация и фотографии из следующего ИА про противостояние Ад. Мехов с Красными Скорпионами против Империи Тау на "далёкой заброшенной кузнице"

- Next Imperial Armour is "Fires of Cyraxus". Imperium vs Tau. Scheduled for Summer.

- Tau attack a minor Forge World. They don't know about the stuff underground ...

- Adeptus Mechanicus deploy to defend. So do the whole chapter of the Red Scorpions and the Legio Gryphonicus. And House Coldshroud!

- Looks like Angels Revenant are in too.

- Carab Culln got more or less eaten by Tyranids. He is a Leviathan Dreadnought now. No High Lord elacted yet, but the Captain of the 8th Company, Casan Sabius is de-facto leader and will probably get the position.

- 30k stuff is in. The robots were locked away 10k years. They are not nice. They are grumpy. They will be unleashed. Oh ... and Ordinatus Minoris too.

- The Tau plan to use the planet as testing zone for their new suits and other stuff. New Barracuda variant, two new weapon loadouts for the Tau'nar.

- No numbers for Imperial Armour books anymore. It's just confusing ...

Наткнулся тут в сети на обсуждение правил одного Самарского клуба и чутка прям подгорело. Далее те самые правила:

2. Клуб не торговая площадка, это место для игры. Тем более не торговая площадка для торговли литьём. Поэтому с этого момента вводятся следующие правила. 
2.1 Передайте Хомяку, чтобы его ноги в клубе не было. При рецидивах меры будут приниматься и против тех, кто имеет с ним дело на территории клуба. 
2.2 Вы можете передавать миньки друг другу через клуб, но если я обнаружу среди передаваемого литьё, то оно будет ломаться и выкидываться. Я предупредил. 
2.3 Со следующего года использование литья продукции Games Workshop на территории клуба станет платным. Через год будет запрещено полностью. Данное правило для продукции Forgeworld будет принято с момента появления на территории России юридического лица представляющего их интересы. Данное правило касается всех игр и мероприятий на территории клуба. Я оставляю вам переходный период в знак уважения к старым игрокам, накопленным коллекциям и т.п., но он будет конечным. 
2.4 Предвидя вопрос – Как будет определяться литьё? Мы с вами взрослые люди, и я готов верить вам на слово, но если будет вскрыт обман, то будут применены все доступные мне меры, вплоть до бана в клубе. Поверьте, за прошедший год я сильно подтянул распознавание литья и определение оригинальности файнкаста.

Как я понял так руководство клуба типа борется с пираткой, но возник вопрос, а нахуа это им, какой профит? Ладно сам купивший ебется с гнутыми мягкими деталями, замазывает пузыри зеленкой и тд. Ладно когда ГВ на своих мероприятиях запрещает играться сторонними миньками. Но тут то в чем проблема? Или они как один пухлый любитель унитазников считают, что так жадные вахаебы убивают хобби? А как эти господа предлагают нормально закачивать отряды когда в коробке только одна нужная пушка, а тебе надо шесть? Покупать еще шесть коробочек? 

Отдельный прикол, как говорят тамошние игроки, эти неадекваты предлагали сошкрябывать часть краски, чтоб понять смола это или пластик.

"- The Chaos invasion is at first overwhelming, but clever use of ceding ground to the orks, genestealers, etc means that Calgar is able to pit his foes against one another and slow them down, at the cost of the planet being less salvageable should they somehow win.

По-началу вторжение Хаоса сметает всё на своём пути, но грамотное отступление Калгара с орочьего, генокрадского и прочих фронтов, позволило ему натравить врагов друг на друга и замедлить их, правда, ценой того, что если каким-то оброзом они (имперцы?) победят, то от планеты мало что останется.

​- The Vengeful spirit and accompanying chaos fleet are absolutely decimating the Imperial navy, but it's still not quite enough. As a result Abaddon makes a deal with the Fallen (who are hiding in the swirl, as they have a fortress city in there, hence why the Dark Angels were always looking at it in book 1) and they activate a gravity weapon-esque thing called the voidclaw that messes with all the ships in orbit. The chaos navy knew it was coming and had positioned themselves accordingly, but the Imperials are shredded by it and Chaos now has overwhelming naval superiority.

Мстительный Дух (Дух Мщения, как кому нравится прим.перев) и весь флот хаоса полностью опустошили имперский флот, но этого всё равно недостаточно (как одной фразой описать весь бэк, где имперы типо проигрывают ABSOLUTELY decimating...but it's still not quite enough прим.перев). В результате, Абаддон заключает сделку с Падшими (которые прячутся в буре, т.к. у них есть собственный город-крепость - причина, по которой в книге 1 Тёмные Ангелы постоянно что-то ищут) и они включают что-товроди грави-оружия под названием "коготь бездны", которое влетело во все корабли на орбите. Флот хаоса был предупреждён и подготовился, а флот имперцев был полностью рассеян и теперь у хаоса подавляющее преимущество в космосе. 

​- Calgar realises that he's stuffed and his promise to Guilliman will be unfulfilled if things keep progressing at this rate, so he hatches a plan. Thing is, he ideally needs some eldar friends if this plan is going to work, so he goes to the angry Saim Hann lot and after fighting his way through to them and surrounding them, manages to hold a successful parlay.

Калгар понял, что ему напихали и такими темпами он не сдержит обещание, данное Гиллиману. Так что он рождает план. Но дело в том, что для исполнения плана ему нужны эльдары в друзьях, так что он прорывается к злым Сейм-Ханновцам и после того, как окружил их, ему удалось успешно провести переговоры.

​- The plan is basically "Take an aeldari ship, because they're stealthy to avoid radar, and have psykers to avoid the black legion's sorcerers' "psychic radar", fill it with a bunch of deathstrike missiles and ram the vengeful spirit like a fire ship, making Francis Drake proud."

По сути, план состоит из: "возьмём эльдарский корабль, т.к. он скрытный и может избежать радаров, возьмём псайкеров, т.к. они могут скрыть от "пси-радара" колдунов Чёрного Легиона", забить его кучей ракет "смертельный удар" и протаранить Мстительный Дух так, чтобы Фрэнсис Дрэйк сказал малаца. 

​- While this plan is going on, Abaddon and Calgar + their respective bodyguards have their duel. Calgar is trying to draw it out, and this is ok at the start, but eventually the superiority of Abaddon's wargear is really what does it, and Calgar gets sliced open, with his primary heart completely caput and his secondary one with a big dent in it. Just as Abaddon is about to finish him, Haarken gets word that the Vengeful Spirit is in trouble, and Abaddon falls back, which really pisses off his very thirsty sword.

Пока план приводят к действию, Абаддон и Калгар, а также их телохранители устроили дуэль. Калгар пытается тянуть время и поначалу у него получается, но крутость эквипа Абаддона зарешала, и Калгара выпотрошили, основному сердцу настал полярный лис, второстепенное заработало "Инфаркт микарда. Вот такенный рубец" (с). И когда Абаддон уже собрался прикончить его, Хааркену докладывают, что Мстящий Дух в беде, и Абаддон отступает, что серьёзно выбесило его голодный меч.

​- Sure enough, the plan worked, with the Imperial Navy's remaining ships trying to open up a path for the Aeldari (there's a funny little bit here about how they dragged so many ships for this attack away from other planets that the Necrons, etc just took them) and the Eldar managed to ram the Vengeful spirit, ripping a whopping great big hole in it. The ship is very nearly dead, but manages to pull off an emergency warp translation (and therefore will probably be fixed up and fine by the time the writers need it as a plot device), but this hands naval superiority/equality at least back to the Imperium.

План вполне себе сработал. Остатки кораблей имперского флота пытались расчистить путь для эльдар (тут есть сменшной момент, что корабли для этой атаки они наскребли по другим планетам, так что некроны и прочие потом легко захватили их) и эльдарам удалось протаранить Мстительный Дух и проделать в нём здоровенную дырень. Корабль был практически уничтожен, но смог экстренно уйти в варп (и скорее всего будет как новенький, когда писателям понадобится новый Летучий Роялец), но этим имперцы вырввали преимущество/паритет в космосе.

​- Calgar survives his grevious wounds, but is no longer able to fight on the front, instead directing everything from his apothecarion bed. Vigilus is still absolutely boned, but it's not quite over yet."

Калгар всё же выжил, но больше не может воевать на фронте, вместо этого он командует с койки апотекариона. Вигилус всё ещё в полной жопе, но это ещё не конец.

She had fought alongside Eldrad in battles and debated his cause in counselling Chambers across the galaxy, but never before had she been welcomed into his sanctum. The Opener of the Seventh Way hated the feeling that she was privileged in some way, that this act was a recognition of her status and importance. Even so, she could not help but feel she had been allowed to look upon something few others could, so she took the opportunity to examine her surroundings in some detail, memorising every piece of furniture and ornament, every artwork, in the hopes of deciphering meaning from them later.  

The farseer’s tastes were eclectic – if one was too polite to say random, gauche and prolific. At least, such was Yvraine’s initial thought as she sat on a long couch, the trail of her immaculately tailored Commorraghan court dress heaped around her. She was reminded of the throne rooms of archons that had tried to woo her – romantically and politically – laden with trophies of conquests and subjugations, declarations of power and prestige.  

Except that Eldrad barely glanced at them. And his displays, such as they were, had been confined to a set of three chambers that would barely qualify as an archon’s cloakroom. In fact, it was the lack of space, except for the high-vaulted ceilings customary in aeldari architecture, that reinforced the meandering, unkempt nature of the collection.  

‘It is just…’ began Eldrad, sensing Yvraine’s thoughts as her eyes roamed the room. He searched for a suitable aeldari word and found nothing that quite fitted and so settled for one of the few perfect human words instead. ‘Stuff.’

Yvraine realised immediately what he meant. These were not heirlooms or trophies, treasured possessions or valued research materials. They were cultural accretions. The accumulation of a life that had spanned five generations of his people. They had been placed with no consideration at all, simply fitted into whatever space had seemed right at the time, and never given a second thought.  

He had not even spared them the mental effort of how to discard them.   

She stood and gracefully paced to the adjoining chamber for a better view, her long gown sweeping across the red floor tiles. Alorynis looked up from his position on the back of a couch, one eye open, and then settled again, uninterested in her exploration.   

The room beyond the archway was almost full with miscellany from a hundred different cultures across a dozen races. Most of it was piled like the spoil heap of a museum, the effluvia of fashions, trends, fads and philosophies as old as Ulthwé itself.  

‘Why?’ She did not turn as she asked the question. ‘What is the point of having so much…stuff?’  

‘Badges of allegiance. Patronage of artists. Objects of psychic​ significance I used to trace the fates. Bequeathed artefacts. Ambassadorial bribes. Grave goods. The gifts of suitors. Items absent-mindedly left by visitors. Borrowed objects, equally forgotten.’ The farseer shrugged, his heavy robes barely moving with the gesture. Yvraine caught a tiny flutter of pain, of ancient aching in the body and soul, attuned to his mood and thoughts through their mutual contact with Ynnead. ‘I have another tower, a dozen rooms filled with such detritus of my long life.’

‘I forget how old you are,’ said Yvraine. She sat down again, flicking open her fan in the manner of a kabalite courtier. She regarded the seer over the serrated edge, her smirk hidden. ‘How very old you are.’  

‘Old enough to know better than trade quips with the likes of you,’ replied Eldrad, humour in his voice.
