Occedentalis-Arlstaeus was found in one of the old Ordo Sinister's fortress-crypts belonging to the Chamber Occedentalis that had been sealed shut millennia ago when their ordo had fallen out of favor along with the Anathem Psykana, the Silent Sisterhood. When Guilliman re-opened the Chamber Occedentalis' fortress-crypt to find more weapons for the Indomitus Crusade, he found the incomplete Occedentalis-Aristaeus and its prlncep, Solonius, in cryo-suspension. Solonius had been a newly elevated prefect near the end of the Great Crusade and fought in the Horus Heresy.
