By these and a dozen other names is the master shaper of the Iron-beaks praised, cursed, whispered of, and feared. A massive specimen of his species, the Red King lords over his kindred alongside his clutch-mate, the enigmatic techno-shaman known as the Iron Mother. The Ironbeaks are among the most divergent of the Kroot mercenary kindreds that ply their deadly trade across the galaxy. Since their betrayal by the Fourth Sphere T’au, they have embraced technology and radical evolution in equal measure. Under the Red King’s iron-taloned rule, his Ironbeaks have razed a path of destruction across the galaxy, from the Vorsk sub-sector to the Hylian Reach. While their ultimate goal is unknown, Imperial co-gitators note that reported sightings of their warspheres appear to move inexorably towards their ancestral homeworld of Pech.
