Karl Vorbach, the closest thing the Mutant Rebels have to a leader. Once a worker on board one of the walking cities, when the mutagen wreaked horrific physical changes on the human population he saw this as an opportunity to finally over throw the tyranny of the Magna Guards, and so began the civil war.
